Chateau provides a senior living environment that is safe, secure, convenient and comfortable. With a variety of options under one roof, it’s easy to get the care you need – whether you live independently or need more support.

West Wing suites

The 33 suites in the West Wing include spacious studios and one-bedroom apartments, all with unique individual floor plans. Every unit features large opening windows, a kitchenette and a bathroom with large walk-in shower.

These suites are ideal for seniors who can live independently or with minimal assistance from Chateau staff. We welcome couples and can provide additional support if one or both of you needs a little more help to live life your way.

East Wing rooms

The East Wing is designed for seniors who require continuous hands-on assistance or personal care. Rooms are equipped with hospital beds, mechanical lifts and other supports for safety and comfort. Certified Care Aides are on site 24/7, with supervision provided by Licensed Professional Nurses

Base rent for all suites and rooms includes

• All utilities (power, heat, water) except telephone
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Full laundry service
• Three meals a day in the dining room
• 24-hour emergency-call pendant
• Cable TV service
• Access to recreational, social and fitness programming
• Security code exterior door access
• Parking
